About Trueform Constructions
Trueform Constructions Pty Ltd is owned and operated by Lachlan Bernard Martin Swain, a local tradesman with 11 years of experience and a strong passion for quality construction and carpentry work.
A Local Tradesman Who Takes the Work Seriously
Lachlan is local to the Lower Mountains and has been working in the construction and carpentry trade for over 11 years. From day one, he has held himself to a high standard — not because he has to, but because he genuinely cares about the quality of what he produces.
Trueform Constructions services the Lower Mountains and Penrith area, taking on everything from small carpentry jobs through to large-scale home renovations. The services include alterations and renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, decks, cladding, framing and finish carpentry.
What sets Lachlan apart is a combination of skill, pride and genuine passion for the work. After more than a decade in the trade, that passion has not faded — if anything, it has grown. He takes real satisfaction in completing a project properly and leaving clients with a result they can be proud of.
Trueform Constructions is not a big corporate builder. It is a local business built on reputation, relationships and reliable workmanship — which is exactly how Lachlan intends to keep it.
Our Approach
The same values guide every project we take on, regardless of the size or scope.
Clear Communication
We talk straight. You will always know what is happening with your project, what to expect and when. No surprises, no disappearing acts — just honest, reliable communication from start to finish.
Quality Workmanship
Every job we take on gets our full attention. From the framework through to the finishing details, we hold ourselves to a high standard — because anything less is not worth putting our name on.
Pride in the Finish
The finish is where quality shows. We take the time to get it right, because we know that when the job is done, you are the one living with the result — and it should be something you are genuinely proud of.
